4-5两题，考查的是语言的表达和**能力。第4题出现的问题还是几个方面：1.概念不清，未能很好地抓住“神态描写”这一关键信号，进行添加准确而恰当的神情。2.理解偏差，有些同学不能准确地感知此处的神情应传达出“满意、赞许等态度”，却加**“皱了皱眉”等神态，最后南辕北辙，导致失分。而第5题缘于部分同学没有认识到长城的多元化价值，就很单一的说其军事价值，最终导致分数的丢失。

二、阅读理解部分

阅读理解部分共有四个板块：课外文言文、课内现代文、课外说明文和课外散文。在命题时如中考题一样形成一定的梯度，其中70%的题目较为简单，20%有一定难度，10%是特别难的。

6-10题考查学生对课外文言文的理解，其中也结合了课内文言文的知识，包括一词多义,虚词“之”的意思，特殊句式的理解，句子翻译和人物形象的把握。这也是为了让学生更好地适应未来中考的要求。虽然难度不是很大，但缘于涉及的面比较广，再加上有些许同学对已学知识掌握的不够牢固，故而在考试中就不能很好地辨别“而”、“于”、“卒”、“坐”、“之”和“将”等字在不同语境中的意思，从而降低了答题的正确率。第9题是文言语句的翻译，文言文翻译，向来要求以直译为主，尽量做到字字落实，特别是关键词的意思不能遗漏，搞错。另外，要注意句式特点，一些特殊句式，翻译时应视实际情况做适当增、调、删，使译文“信而达”。在具体翻译中，学生的错误主要还是由于没有把握以上翻译要领而出现的。部分同学关键词语没有翻译正确，如“若”、“父子”、“执心”。

而11-14题是考查学生上课效率的，在课文分析时，都是讲过的，故而基本都能答到点子上，得分率也比较高，但也有一部分的同学还是没掌握，是学生课堂学习效率和课后复习不到位。我们在指导学生复习时，对于一部分学生可能也要加强检查的力度。

之后的15-17题是课外说明文阅读。题型为两道表述题、一道选择题，符合中考出题规范;三道题目一道考信息筛选，一道是内容的把握、一道考说明方法，难度不是很高，符合初二学生认知水*。虽然所给文本较长，但只要能以*静的心态认真研读文本，从文中找出关键语句，然后仔细辨别语句中文字的差异，那么第15题就能迎刃而解了。

最后的19-22题考查的是课外散文，这一部分20和22题的得分率特别低些，究其原因，一是20题属于鉴赏评析能力检测，而22题是对文章主旨的考查，都有一定难度;二是散文阅读是言在此而意在彼，有一定的底蕴，学生阅读时容易浮于表面，一知半解，不能穿透文字，挖掘出文字背后的深层次涵意，学生答题时就会凭自己的臆想而非文本的阅读，导致回答有偏差;三是现在的学生普遍比较浮躁，往往读了一遍就将文本放在一边，不愿再去反复咀嚼，而散文的阅读却恰恰需要耐心的阅读和冷静的思考。

纵观阅读理解这一部分，学生作答时存在的一些问题主要有以下几方面：

一是题目要求阅读不仔细，审题不到位。这可能由于做题时心态不够*和，比较浮躁而致，比如第14题，明明要求举例说说，相当部分的同学例子就是不举，不是不会举，而是没仔细审题，根本没看到这个要求，或者看到了也没意识。

二是理解和分析的综合能力检测的题目，学生一般只把握了最表层的含义，如第18题，解释同一词语在不同语境下的含义，第一句是深层含义，而第二处则是表层含义，学生往往就孤立地去看这个词语，不能很好地联系上下文，故而第一处就回答不准确。

三是表述题，学生回答不完整，缺少条理，表述不清楚。如第21题，(有一生这样作答)“要寻找的就是主人要过的一种真正想过的日子。”究竟是怎样的日子呢，也不再具体说明白，(意思就是阅卷老师你自己去猜吧)，这样含糊的答案也较多。

四是文章主旨把握不了，导致有些有一定深度的综合性题目不会做。如20和22题，很多同学认为主旨是思乡或游子要归家，故而回答错误。

三、作文

本次期中考试作文题为《抚摸一段时光》，这题着重在引导学生去回顾自己曾经历的那些生活片段，美好的、幸福的、快乐的……从而流淌出自己心底的那份真情实感。一篇好的文章，真实感情比华丽的辞藻，富丽堂皇的布局更为重要，离开真情实感这个前提，一切写作技巧都成了空中楼阁。真实的才能打动自己，写出来的文笔才流畅，感情才真实。故而要求学生在内容、情感上要贯彻一个“真”字，在语言、形式上贯彻一个“活”字。

从阅卷情况来看，“一段时光”大部分同学理解为“往事”，这种理解本身并无太大问题，但范围就被固定死了，不容易出彩;其实可以理解为一段永恒的时间，如有同学写苏州山塘街下午的一段悠闲的时光便很吸引读者。但作文题目的重点不在“一段时光”而在“抚摸”，这就告诉我们不能仅仅叙述，或对往事不能仅仅回忆，必须投入自己的真情实感，要能够感染读者，换句话说语言要抒情，要美。当然，也不能为了感染读者而刻意写亲人去世，心中有感情，笔下才有真情，如有同学写祖父因**去世一文就让人非常感动，问了***确有此事。

好的方面大致有以下几点：一是审题基本没问题，在文体的选取也比较合宜，除了个别是散文外，其余的基本都是记叙文;二是内容丰富多彩，不乏优美流畅的语句;三是中心明确，结构比较完整。但学生在考场作文中反应出来的一些问题也不容忽视：一是选材上多雷同之处，视野不够开阔;二是写作不贴近生活，缺乏捕捉生活素材的能力，没有具体的描写与对生活中具体事物的观察。语言表述不准确，缺乏遣词造句的能力;三是不知所云，套上华丽的辞藻，缺乏真挚感人的内容。四是卷面不整洁，字迹潦草，错别字多。

总结这次考试，主要存在的的问题有：

1、作为班**对班内前十五名优生关心不够，没有充分掌握他们各科的具体学习情况，*衡各个学科的学习，致使有的优生出现“缺腿”学科时，我没有及时与学生和家长取得联系，引起学生、家长和老师的共同关注，最终导致优生人数徘徊不前。

2、就数学学科而言，对学生的水*估过高计，在教学中贪多，喜欢求全，对一些较简单的知识应反复抓抓反复，使学生掌握知识不扎实。

改进措施：

从年级工作来讲：

1、根据实际情况，把优秀生的培养作为年级组班**、科任老师的首要任务，通过优秀生的上进带动后进生的转化。有了良好的教风、学风作保证，只要适时鼓励他们，同时班**利用班会时间教给学生科学的学习方法，通过科学管理、适宜方法、严格训练，缩小差距应该只是时间问题。

2、切实落实小篇子进课堂，加大随堂考的力度，使得每名学生在教师的心目中都是一个小档案。语数外等中考学科每周一次周考，坚持始终。

3、把质量意识的突破口放在抓好“优生”上，采取面抓、重点辅导和家长配合，让成绩在80分左右的学生都能考上85分，提高优秀率。作为班**时刻关注优生的表现，密切联系各学科老师掌握第一手资料，发现问题及时解决，全面提高优生人数。

从个人的教学方面讲;

1、抓好*时的测试，分析试卷中的不足和从在的问题找到适合于自己的策略，对症下药，让自己心中有数，时时处处存在质量意识。从而提高学生的答卷成绩。

2、在课堂教学设计要找准教学目的、重难点，深入钻研教材，做到教学堂堂清，注重基础，精讲精练。在教学中，把基础知识的传授与训练做为重点，能够多次严格训练以求达到夯实基础的目的。作业设置要符合教学实际，精心设计，多种题型结合出现，及时批改反馈矫正、面批辅导与集中讲评相结合，做到作业日日清。对学生要从严要求。把心思真正放在学**。

3、抓*时的学**惯。如每天预习、自习学习，完成作业要按时并且保证质量，提出不懂问题与学生交流，向教师请教，提升学生的问题意识;做好家庭作业和课堂练习等。

通过这次考试使我明白，实干+巧干=成功，当然实干是基础，巧干是催化剂，如果一味的实干，不注意方法，那学生最后也会变的死板，机械。“教师是在不断反思中成长起来的，在不断的反思中发现自己，认识自己，从而锤炼自己，成长自己。”

为此它必将会促使我在今后的教学中不断反省，深化课堂教学的拓展与延伸，强化训练，以弥补成绩的不理想。
